I locked my account. How do I get my balance?

Please submit your payout request to support@quasargaming.com. We will transfer your funds to the payment methods you used to deposit.

If your deposit payment method does not offer redirection of payouts to the same route (Mastercard, Paysafecard, Sofort, Giropay, prepaid cards) please provide your full bank account details (Account holder name, IBAN and BIC/SWIFT code) for a bank transfer and send us a bank statement to verify your bank account as a payment method.
