I locked my account

According to MGA (Malta Gaming Authority) regulations, to re-open a self-excluded player account special procedures apply.

Send a request form your player account registration email address to support@quasargaming.com, providing the reason why you have closed your account and why you would like to re-activate it again.

From the date we received your request we can re-open your account after 7 days. This time frame is regulated by our license provider the MGA and cannot be shortened.
