I did not receive Friday bonus

All information regarding the Friday bonus can be found here. The reason you have not received your Bonus Friday could be one of the following points:

- your player account is not verified or was not verified before Thursday 23:59 CET

- you have not made any deposits or did not wager your deposits at least once within the required period

- you received the bonus, but you had real money and requested a withdrawal. In this case, all bonuses will be forfeited


Please check your player account verification status and deposit history.
