If your transaction has failed the amount should be transferred back to the card after about an hour. Then you can make the payment again.
Should the balance be 0 there, kindly allow some time until your deposit appears on your player account. In rare cases it might take up to 4 hours.
If your deposit was not credited after 4 hours and you have no funds returned to your card, please get the transaction number (should look like eg. shLpA96N19) from Paysafecard customer service:
then contact our support team for further assistance.
