Paysafecard undelivered

If you have not received the deposit on your player account please check the status of your Paysafecard here:

If your transaction has failed the amount should be transferred back to the Paysafecard after about an hour. Then you can make the payment again.


Should the balance be 0 there, kindly allow some time until your deposit appears on your player account. In rare cases, it might take up to 4 hours.


If your deposit was not credited after 4 hours and you have no funds returned to your Paysafecard, please get the transaction number (should look like eg. shLpA96N19) from Paysafecard customer service, then contact our support team via support@quasargaming.com for further assistance.
