Why can I not play my deposit?

If you have funds but the game balance is €0.00, check your Budgets page in regard to any limits set up. If you reached your loss limit or wagering limit, you won’t see your balance in the game. You can check your limits here.

If you have funds and did not set up any limits but cannot start playing - please contact our support team via support@quasargaming.com or Live Chat and provide us with a screenshot for further investigation.
